amazing stay!
helpful staff upgraded room efficient check-in
The front desk staff were really helpful. my upgraded room was super clean and fully equipped, i really appreciated that! also, the quick check-in was fantastic, handled so efficiently. It made everything so smooth and easy!!!
The air conditioning in the room wasn't great. It struggled to keep up with the outside heat, a bit of a bummer.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I appreciated the room service. It was excellent and prompt. The restaurant food was also very good (I especially liked the variety).
The swimming pool is quite shallow at only 1 meters. There is no bar near the pool, so getting drinks required some waiting. Breakfast had modest options compared to other hotels.

i am very happy with how clean the hotel was. Everything was super clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Housekeeping did good job, keeping everything fresh. The staff were nice and always helped me. Check-in and check-out went smooth.
the pool is very shallow. it is only 1.2 m deep and it is small. Silicon is falling off the tiles into the pool water. The breakfast did not have many options. It was especially limited in western dishes.

faulty switches unclean bathroom
the room was spacious enough, i guess.
The electrical switches in my room didn't work in many areas. This was REALLY annoying. also, the bathroom wasn't clean enough for my liking, especially for the price i paid. i'm a regular customer, but this stay has made me reconsider future bookings.

the check-in was fast because michelle helped. i got a signature room as an upgrade, thanks to wasim. this was a nice surprise and.
the pool was quite shallow, only 1.2 m deep. i noticed silicon falling off the tiles around the pool.
